Co-Founder Lisa Gasaway (DRE#01100305) is Director of Operations for a reason. Working in Information Technology for much of her early professional career she has developed a signature process to every real estate transaction. Her genuine sense of compassion, combined with an ability to make complex matters simple ensures a drama-free and successful real estate transaction, and a nurturing environment for the team to grow. Lisa has been a licensed agent since 1991. 

After a rewarding career in Information Technology, I had the perfect opportunity to dive into real estate in 2019, being honored as Rookie of the Year in 2020 and Top Individual “Double Gold” Sales Award in 2021. As a Boston College graduate and a student of the Western School of Feng Shui, I love to integrate my technical and creative talents to make complex things simple for my clients doing dynamic social media campaigns, commercial and residential sales and leases, mentoring first-time homebuyers, low- or no-cost staging and negotiating win/win deals! 

Ventura became my home in 2014 when I married my husband and music partner (we still occasionally perform locally as an acoustic duo). My son is following his passion as a touring musician, my oldest stepson serves in the Navy, and my youngest stepson is enrolled at Ventura College. 

I love that my real estate career gives me the flexibility to be involved in my local community. As the Secretary of the Montalvo/District 6 Community Council, I advocate on local matters, especially those relating to affordable housing, maintaining property values, and improving our quality of living. I recently completed Ventura Police Department’s 2022 Community Police Academy, and I support both local and worldwide causes. 

 I enjoy doing “hot” yoga and just about anything outdoors, like hiking, skiing, and gardening, plus beach walks with my furry companion, Reyna, who’s certified as an AKC Canine Good Citizen, Belgian Tervuren.
